A minimum of courtesy and common decency is requested. Unpaid bills are send to debt collectors without further notice.
IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN, repeatedly: people not showing up, then when contacted for an explanation, simply hanging up. As of now, all administrative details will be taken when booking an appointment and debt collectors will be involved without further notice.
